采用了合理可靠的结构设计和先进工艺流程，动载荷小（与齿数的平方成反比）、受力小、磨损小，运行平稳， 使用寿命长，可靠性好，所有运行部件运行效果达到最佳，极大提高了使用寿命，同时与其它国产设备相比能耗大大降低，可以为用户节约大量电耗。
SINOMA-TCDRI pan conveyors feature a rational and reliable structure as well as an advanced process. It has characteristic of small dynamic load (it is inversely proportional to the square of the number of gears), small force, little wear and steady running, long service life and reliable operation. ●头部轮轴组采用双楔块定位，安装调节更简单。
The head sprocket group use double wedge positioning, installation and adjustment become easier.
●链轮分体式设计，链轮磨损只需更换齿圈。
The sprocket split design, just replace the gear ring when the sprocket wear.
●齿圈分成多片，更换齿块更容易。
Gear ring divided into multiple pieces so that gear block can replace easier.
●齿圈为双切齿，链轮转动两圈每个齿才啮合一次，使用寿命更长。
Gear ring is double tangent teeth，when the sprocket turns two circles, every teeth only joggles once. It can
have a longer using life.
●齿圈通过连接胀套与轮毂联接，可增加联接处的抗剪截面，提高抗剪切力及联接螺栓的使用寿命。
Gear ring connected by the expansion sets and hub, it can increase shear-section of the connection, and improve the shear strength and life time of connecting bolt.
